Federal & State Minimum Requirements

• Public Liability: $1,000,000 for non-hazardous materials; $5,000,000 if hauling hazardous materials.
• Property: $750,000 for non-hazardous materials; $5,000,000 if hauling hazardous materials.
• Cargo: $5000 per occurrence; $10,000 aggregate. Most brokers and shippers require a minimum $100,000 cargo policy.
